● Questions usually happens during the OEM/ODM processes, thus, we have summarized several common situations that based on our experiences with our long-term clients:

1.Our company does not sell cosmetics; can I establish my own brand of cosmetics and sell it?

It is totally fine to sell cosmetics in general.

The services we provide will include relevant product suggestions and product planning (exclusive formula, packaging design, container choices)

2.For OEM products, what is the MOQ that I can place an order for production?

The production amount for each item is different, it depends on the OEM products can be done through further discussion and communication, all item can be discussed and solution will be provided.

3.Will you charge for sampling products?

Basically there is no charge unless special conditions and requirements(i.e: large quantity of sample needed), only the shipment fees will be charged.)

4.Can the products be customized by our own formula and ingredients?

Sure, you could provide your proposals (EX: specific ingredients …etc.) and discuss with us.

The specific ingredients must be complied with laws and regulations within the region, and samplings shall be conducted after evaluation by our Research Dept. to confirm the products stability.

5.Can we provide self-developed raw materials or purchase the main ingredients by ours and then make them into our own brand of products?

Yes, as long as the ingredients provided (INCI NAME and CAS NO.) are complied with national regulations, and please provide the SDS and COA for the raw materials to ensure the legality and safety.

6.Can you provide imitations of your favorite products?

Imitating samples are possible, and the sufficient imitating items must be provided. They are usually imitated the tactility and effect, but the whole ingredients cannot be copied 100%. We try our best to mix and adjust the ingredient as close to the samplings.

7.What are the items could be OEM?

Except powder products, most of dosage forms (Gel/Liquid/Cream) can be produced.

8.Do you have relevant certification?

We are the legal cosmetics manufacturer and were complied standards with ISO 9001 and GMP 22716.

9.Do the products commissioned should be approved by the government before they can be sold?

The cosmetics products were manufactured (without medicinal ingredients) is exempt from inspection, but you must apply for a makeup brand (we will provide relevant documents for you to apply)

10.Can you provide an inspection report for the products entrusted to you?

We will provide an inspection report, but if the third-party inspection is required, we usually authorized by SGS to do the inspection, but the fees must be paid by yourselves (the expense depends on the items to be inspected).
